Use Counselling to identify underlying issues

Identify limiting beliefs preventing you from losing weight

Clear those beliefs

Rescue the inner child (when the issue may have started)

Using Resource therapy and Hypnotherapy- identify the subconscious parts linked to the inability to lose weight

Identify the secondary gain (how that behaviour is benefiting you subconsciously) eg: food may be used instead of feeling emotions
-
Negotiate with these subconscious parts using clinical hypnotherapy

Create new empowering beliefs

Develop new associations to healthy food and unhealthy food

Use counselling to identify underlying issues

Use Clinical Hypnotherapy to unhook you from all smoking associations for example social, after meals etc

Use Resource Therapy to negotiate with the subconscious parts that are maintaining the habit

Discover new inner resources

Deal with identity and self worth issues

Clear these beliefs

Counselling to identify underlying issues

Use Body Wisdom to assist body to clear the fear

Aim to empower parts and replace with calm and self confidence
