Weight Loss Program:​

  • ​Seven Sessions Online via Zoom/My Teams

  • First session is 1.5 hours

  • Other sessions are 1 hour

  • Each session is a week apart

  • Use Counselling to identify underlying issues

  • Identify limiting beliefs preventing you from losing weight

  • Clear those beliefs

  • Rescue the inner child (when the issue may have started)

  • Using Resource therapy and Hypnotherapy- identify the subconscious parts linked to the inability to lose weight

  • Identify the secondary gain (how that behaviour is benefiting you subconsciously) eg: food may be used instead of feeling emotions

  • Negotiate with these subconscious parts using clinical hypnotherapy

  • Create new empowering beliefs

  • Develop new associations to healthy food and unhealthy food

  • 3 Sessions Recommended

  • First Session 1.5 hours

  • Other sessions 1 hour

  • Identify beliefs stopping you from quitting cigarettes

  • Clear those beliefs

  • Use counselling to identify underlying issues

  • Use Clinical Hypnotherapy to unhook you from all smoking associations for example social, after meals etc

  • Use Resource Therapy to negotiate with the subconscious parts that are maintaining the habit

  • Discover new inner resources

  • Deal with identity and self worth issues

  • Five Sessions Recommended

  • Identify fear based beliefs

  • Clear these beliefs

  • Counselling to identify underlying issues

  • Rescue the inner child

  • Use Body Wisdom to assist body to clear the fear

  • Use Clinical Hypnotherapy and Resource therapy to negotiate with fearful parts

  • Aim to empower parts and replace with calm and self confidence

  • 7 Sessions recommended

  • First session is 1.5 hours

  • Other sessions are 1 hour and a week apart

  • Identify beliefs that create feelings of worthlessness

  • Clear those self limiting beliefs

  • Replace with empowering beliefs

  • Use Resource Therapy and clinical hypnotherapy to empower part that feels worthless

  • Regain feeling of self value and worth
