1: How does hypnotherapy work?
The hypnotherapist uses language that allows you to feel deeply relaxed. This positive, relaxed feeling allows you to access your subconscious mind. The hypnotherapist makes new positive suggestions directly in line with your goals. These suggestions are then accepted by your subconscious mind.
2: How many sessions will I need?
Three Sessions are recommended for the Quit Smoking program.
Seven Sessions are recommended for the Weight Loss Program, Anxiety, Self Esteem Programs
Sessions are a week apart online via Zoom, Skype or My Teams
3: How much will it cost?
You can claim through private health funds that cover hypnotherapy.
4: Is Hypnotherapy safe?
Yes, you are always in complete control. You will only accept suggestions that are in line with your values.
